Wisma Bougainvillea is a 11-storey commercial building constructed & owned by Ipoh City Council (MBI). The building was built during 1990's & appeared in modern architecture at time of construction. Although this is not a very tall building, its combination of tinted glass & metal panel exterior wall had brought a significant difference to Ipoh's skyline.
