Proposal for the 15 year old Main Building,9 Year old Annex 1 and the 5 Year old Annex 2 Building while seeing on the net the dull, dirty and old design of the building. I made this proposal to bring SM Fairview its spark with a Retro Design and Hip Color Pallete anyway this is only the Exterior work and the interior will be release soon and the Annex 3 design will also release with the interior but it depends what will happen next.
