Wood burning brick oven for a client in VA. This option had a roof which included clay tiles. The posts are structural and complete with decorative post wraps. The oven itself is on the large size but meant for roasts, pizza, breads etc. and mainly large gatherings of people. The dome of the oven is to constructed in the Pompeii style and uses half fire-brick cut on all four sides. Between the exterior of the dome and the interior of the facade would be ceramic insulation. The door for the opening on the oven would be Ipe but not shown.
