This is a house that is a cube. Its footprint is 12x12 and it is 12 feet tall. The walls are all 4 inches thick unless they didn't need to be or could be built with plywood. There is a nice sized everything, although it might feel a bit cramped. I could have fixed this by getting rid of the split level, but for some reason I like split levels now. It also makes everything self contained because water tanks and everything can fit under there. When you walk in the door, there is a desk and coat closet to the left. On the right is a ladder to the sleeping loft (with ample storage). Straight ahead are some stairs down to the kitchen/dining area. The stairs and ladder can be stowed away if needed.
