The MDI Mk-1 Zero G Work Vehicle was a two-man maintenance / transport vehicle developed by the Montgomery Design International Corporation of Westmont, Illinois in 2040 as part of the newly commissioned ISA Low Orbital Drydock Facility. Three of the MK-1s would be assigned to the orbital facility and would play a major role in the construction, maintenance and repair of both manned and unmanned spacecraft. While maintaining their overall outer appearance, the vehicles would undergo continual improvements to internal environment as well as propulsion systems until their retirement in 2095. This model represents an early Mk-1vehicle.
