I worked on minimizing the overall sq footage here. Is just over 2000 right now.
Changes made are as follows:
Overall footprint 4 feet shorter.
Downstairs bath w combined shower and bath, WC and sinks. (Used gram's bathroom as model - very comfortable for mult people.)
Loft has full bath.
Space over 2nd floor porch is open air - no more nook inside SW dormer. I think this would be really lovely while sitting on the porch and gives us ability to do something cool with windows in Living room.
Haven't worked on smaller kitchen yet - mom?
