It was built in early eclectic style. After the Great Flood, the royal commissioner Lajos Tisza and his collages controlled the reconstruction of the town from here. The popular Virág Coffee can be found on the ground floor. The Virágh brothers bought it in 1922. The coffee used to be visited by Gyula Juhász, Attila József and some other journalists.
