This model is based on an apartment building that once exist in Ipanema, Rio de Janeiro.
Built in the late 50’s, this six story building has only four apartments, each one with three bedrooms and a den that cold be used as an optional forth bedroom.
On the ground floor, the main and service entances, service areas and four garages, one for each apartment.
On the last floor there’s the terrace of the penthouse, the genitor’s apartment and the elevator’s equipment room.
Custom-made built-in furnitures and closets, materials and tecnics available at the time, with colors and shapes that reflects the taste of them, give to the building their particular features.
