Updated the original model with a more complete layout with the addition of two side gardens. One has a mini orchard and the other has a playground for the children. The timeless traditional Malay architecture blends in with the contemporary landscape. The wooden structure has 4 levels - loft, main house, mezzanine and ground annexxe. The main house (rumah ibu) for family/living area; mezzanine level has two wings - verandah/serambi for entertaining guests and the other for living quarters; and ground annexxe for the kitchen/dining. Roof type is known as "bumbung panjang pisang sesikat."
