This is an omnidirectional wheel by Kornylak. I modeled one that we bought ~5 years ago, and it doesn't have a model number on it, so all I can say is that this is one of their wheels that they once sold. No guarantees that they still sell this one. It looks like the 4000 series on their website, though. #Omni #omniwheel #wheel
