The Tony Stark Residence is a fictional building made for the Iron Man and Avengers movies. The building is situated in Malibu, California on a cliff in Dume point. The real-life address of the house is Cliffside Dr & Birdview Ave, Malibu, CA a state park. Conceptual artist Phil Saunders was tasked with creating a computerised rendition of Tony Stark's residence. The publics first view of the house was in the first Iron man film released in 2008. Using the movies as a source, the residence is a three-story home. The basement level being his garage and workshop where many of the suites were designed, tested and altered. The ground floor was more for general entertainment where living room, kitchen and other casual areas can be found. The first floor is where the master bedroom is, overlooking Santa Monica Bay. The property is a Notional Park that is used for outdoor activities and the public can hike right up to Dume Point.
