A new 400,000 sq. foot shopping center that has been planned for the city of Odessa, Texas. The Center will be anchored by Best Buy which is the only development to be announced. On the companys website it also lists Marshalls and Ulta Beauty to be located in this center. A closer look at the site plans shows plans that would typically suit a Academy Sports Outlet and Kohls all which are first for this city. Several restaurants are also planned but have not been named as well. The shopping centers name comes from a chimney that is still located in the property that belonged to a house from many years ago. It will remain in the shopping center.
