Lake Geneva, Switzerland, apparently has a fairly calm water surface, and average winds of maybe 10 to 15 knots. This model is based on photos and vids. Incredibly, this racing craft, with 3 sailors, can exceed twice the speed of the wind. Trials and research have set the main sail now as a flexible wing, and yes, the boat has full jibsail---though not shown here.
