Falkirk Stadium

The Falkirk Stadium is a football stadium in Falkirk in central Scotland. The stadium plays host to the home matches of Falkirk F.C.. The club moved to the stadium in 2004 after their old ground, Brockville Park, was sold to supermarket firm Morrisons, as the ground did not meet Scottish Premier League requirements. At present, only 3 stands have been completed, due to various financial commitments being withdrawn. The stands which are finished are the Main (West) stand, the Kier Homes Stand at the north end of the ground and the newest South Stand. If the stadium is completed, the overall capacity is intended to be around 12,800. This number could be raised even more if proposed corner pods are built. In addition to hosting Falkirk's home matches, the stadium has also hosted several Scotland Under 21 rugby union internationals as well as an Under-16 Scotland versus England International football match. #estadio #football #futbol #soccer #stadium
