This is the Louisville, Colorado Fire Protection District Station Number 1, at 1240 Main St., in downtown Louisville, CO. It was built in 1973 and was the first of two stations built for this FPD. Station #1 is a complete volunteer station with no sleeping or gender accommodations and serves as the main facility for department meetings and training sessions. As of 2005, this station is equipped with an 80 ft. E-ONE aerial (Quint) and a single E-ONE Class A pumper/tender, with 19 assigned volunteer firefighters.
