The University of Cincinnati's McMicken Hall named after university benefactor Charles McMicken is a Clifton Avenue icon. The current 1950 hall replaced the original 1895 building and houses the McMicken College of Arts and Sciences. The renowned stone lions Mick and Mack copies of statues at the Loggia dei Lanzi in Florence Italy and presented to the university in 1904 grace the front entrance. Architect: Hake & Hake.
