The Main Dock, variously known as the Waterfront Marina or Riverboat Marina, is one of the earliest structures built in Stone Mountain Memorial Park. It was specifically constructed to service two riverboats. The facility boasts one of the best views of Stone Mountain Lake. Located upstairs from the public Riverboat Cruise dock, the Waterfront Marina is a private banquet room which can accommodate up to 150 people for day meetings, wedding receptions or holiday parties. Over the years, additional attractions were added. At the north end of the marina, guests may rent two-seat paddle boats and explore a large protected lagoon adjacent to the marina. At the south end, Water Taxis provide regular service to the Campground, the Golf Clubhouse, and the Evergreen-Marriott Conference Center.
