Alvia 730 Hybrid high-speed train used in Spain on routes that have both electrified and non-electrified sections. The generator car behind the engine generates power for non-electrified sections of track. The wheels are dual gauge and automatically adjust to the width of the tracks. Manufactured in Spain by Talgo. This was the model of train that crashed at Santiago de Compostela in July 2013.
