Its South West Corner Derictly Diagonal From The World Tade Center Complex Where The 9 Storey 5 WTC Once Stood. The Building had Beautifull Vews of the beautiful WTC & Street Below, But Now It Is only a Hole In The Ground. It Is also next to St Pauls Chapel and The Federal Office Building.
