I took an already used floor plan (Row House) and added a roof to it to make it a stand-alone house. Also added the elevator. Dormer storage are is panneled with reclaimed barn siding. Centre concrete block wall is exposed in the garage and storage area. This changes the ceiling in the Master Bedroom and Bath. Items sticking out of roof are Solar Tubes for interior daylighting.
