The timber framing to one of our SIPS houses,
This shows the structural element that the house is constructed of be we wrap and inject the panels in the workshop.
PIR is blown in between the studs and an anti-cold bridge of 51mm of PIR is formed over the studs using an external sheet of OSBIII to form a "mould" before being wrapped in a VCL and weather membrane.
The thickness of the PIR is up to the designer/ end user.
We can make a panel 9mx3m and up to 550mm thick
