Far younger than the other penguins, Private is constantly trying to prove himself (voiced by Christopher Knights). Smarter and more valuable than his years suggest, Private serves as the classic underdog, or, as Skipper describes him, "sort of our secretary/ mascot". But what Private lacks in operational experience and size, he more than makes up for through herculean effort, dogged enthusiasm, a cutting intellect and unimaginable cuteness.
