This house was designed for a young couple with two kids in a gated community’s sloped lot.
Splited in three levels, the first one, the street level, features a four car port and the main and service entrances. The next one, the three bedrooms of the house, two full bathrooms, the laundry and a half-bathroom that serves the pool. The last one, the highest, features the open concept social area with the kitchen, dinning and living area and a toillet.
The social área opens to the backyard with the pool and garden.
The particular estructural solution allows spaces free from columns.
