This is a low cost Camera dolly for film making.
this drawing it has legs that are not needed you can use saw horses or just about anything for a base. The ladder is the lower section of a ladder at home depot. ~ $100 for a 10' and ~ $ 225 for a 20'. you could return it after the shoot.
