This is a concept design I’ve been working on for a real house, so it’s not as heavily detailed as the derelict houses I’ve been making for fun. I’ve made a walk-through animation for unit A, which would belong to the owner. Unit B is similar, except it has three bedrooms upstairs instead of the loft. I gave it a modern craftsman style throughout. The master bedrooms are quite luxurious with dressing rooms having large Ikea wardrobe units, and sleek, modern bathrooms. I’m working on a second concept as well, that includes garages.
