The U.S.S. Night-Hawk was first commissioned on April 30, 2379. The Night-Hawk Class was born out of the Federation-Romulan Exchange program which began after the Reman Incident. The class would feature several new technologies, including a prototype Federation Cloaking Device. For the first several months of the USS Night-Hawk’s life it would carry 25 Romulan Officers onboard. As of 2385 23 Night-Hawk class starships were in service. The Night-Hawk is armed with Nine Type XII Phasers, two aft Photon Torpedo Launchers, and one forward Quantum Torpedo Turret. It is also equipped with a Regenerative Shield System. The ship has a standard crew of 250, but can carry up to 500 persons. The Night-Hawk has seven auxiliary craft including an Aerowing under the saucer.
