This hunter is Weavel, he hunts Samus and octoliths (sort of gem stones)
Weavel was one of the space pirates, but he was destroyed in battle against samus. Only his brain wasnt dead. There was a chance to survive for him, but Weavel has to be remade. Now he is a cybernetic space pirate, fighting with a gun or a sword of light.
