Here is my entry to the Guggenheim Museum/Google SketchUp Design It Shelter Competition.
Located in Palawan, Philippines known for towering ridges and cliffs, the shelter intends to embrace the natural landscape by building a minimal palette: concrete and glass and from the context of the site. The asterisk-shaped plan allows expansive views of the beautiful surrounding. Louvers and grilles above the picture window and front door invite breezes to pass through.
