Model#33[Medium-Poly]-Built on a 2-Hectare land donated by Dona Carmen Vda de Lizares,finished in 1971;inaugurated 1/17/1972-thru the fundraising efforts of Carmen Lizares,Linda Gatuslao & Gloria Esteban-unable to pay for the DBP loan of P100,000,half of the donated land was given back to the Lizares' in exchange-shouldering remaining loan balance.Architect:Velez[from Cebu];Engr Amado Sijap; Amado Laganan & Jorge Juniega[planner/builder].1st parish priest was Fr. Felipe Jumao-as,assisted by Fr.
