This is another one of my own designs. It is a butterfly-roofed Mid-Century Modern-style house built on a radiant-heated slab. The house has an open plan with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with laundry and utility rooms. A large two-plus-car garage is at the rear to the house, connected by a partially-covered walkway. When it rains, water is channeled off the back of the butterfly into a catch basin in the patio to be stored underground for watering the landscaping. I used a flat lot in a suburban neighborhood as a setting for the home.
This is a very detailed, fully-furnished model so the file is on the large size, but I reduced it as much as possible to fit within the posting requirements. It is set up with layers and multiple scenes.
