Herb Garden for indoors with an 18" flourescent grow light under the wooden facade. Cut the wine bottles with a glass scorer and break with hot then cold water. I forgot to render the hose clamps that hold the wine bottles to the board. simply take 2.5-3.5" worm gear hose clamp to hold the bottles to the wood. Put dirt in the top part with some garden fabric so the dirt wont fall through.
