This was inspired by a Sketchup ad on Facebook that I saw. It's a good sized1 bed, 1.5 bath home. You can drive up in the driveway and park in a single car garage and walk in behind the kitchen, or you can enter through the front door next to the kitchen. In the middle of the great room, there is a large dining table and at the end is a living room. The windows can mostly open up to the deck for great indoor-outdoor living. Once you go down the stairs, you are in the master foyer with a laundry nook at one end. Next to that is the master bathroom. The bedroom has its own private deck with ample seating room. It connects via stairs with the main deck that has a seating area, dining area, and plenty more room.
