The house is has two floors and a little loft. There are only three rooms : the kitchen at the ground floor, the bathroom next to the kitchen in the under-stair cupboard and the living/bedroom which takes up the first floor. Art nouveau stairs with a landing connect the two floors. At the ground floor there are two entraces: the big one is of help to carry out the table and eat in the garden, the small one is made to protect from the rain. At the first floor there is a large treble window and an elliptical one which seems an eye.
All the windows have three centred arches. The interiors of the house are entirely furnished. The little tower is collocated in the middle of a square garden delimited by a high hedge. The garden adjoins with other two gardens and two branches of a crrossroad which is at the corner.
This little house has the minimum required to live in, in fact is a holiday house.
