Modern baseball stadium with a retractable roof. There is a hotel built into the 3rd base side, and some of the rooms have views of the field, kind of like the Rogers Centre. There are 2 levels of suites between the 2nd and 3rd decks, not counting the hotel rooms. The capacity would be somewhere between 32,000- 40,000. Maybe the new Blue Jays stadium?
