Each building has 4 garages on the street level with two studio apartments on the 2nd floor and 2 smaller studio apartments on the top floor. These units are designed to make to most use out of the space and to be very bright.
Note: I designed the building, the doors and windows, stairs and railings, and the kitchen, but I got the furniture, bathroom fixtures, trees, and shrubs from the SketchUp warehouse. Thank you to those people who designed those items!
