Located on the corner of Patterson and George Streets, the Prickly Cactus is a popular Mexican Restaurant in the heart of Launceston's CBD. The building itself is very old, dating from the early 1800s. Prior to become a restaurant, the building served many purposes and was in a poor state of repair.
