Here is a little Tudor style house just outside of Paulwall's historic district. This is where the streets are brick and the trees are so large, you can hardly see the houses. This house has a distinct chimney dominating the front elevation. The new owners put aluminum siding over the half-timbered details of the old house. But the woodwork inside is still intact. The kitchen was remodeled in the late 80's. The small house gives you 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs. The house kind of reminds you of a storybook cottage, minus the aluminum siding. Paulwall has several storybook homes and they are protected historic sites even though they are private residences, like this one. Calling it a bungalow is going a bit too far, don't you think?
