Based on a very cool design by H. I. Sutton, the only thing I've changed is move the external battery pods to internal bays. Never got around to modelling the torpedo tubes or props, don't have time to work on it anymore so I figured I'd post it so other people can play around with it.
This is a really cool design, the idea is to carry as many seals and SDV's as possible, while not being too big for littoral waters.
