Update: added grapling hook.
Thanks to Anton Synytsia we can now use mouse buttons in SkechyPhysics without problems.
I updated the age old model with it so you can experience the awesomeness.

Fix for Sketchup 8 crashes -> use Sketchup 7, I get all the same problems on SU8 so I just don't use it for SketchyPhysics because 8/10 times a model with complex scripts will crash on me.
