This is my newest project, french-style gothic architecture. This church was made up on the basis of St. Denis near Paris, but I changed a lot of details: The cathedral has a spire and it has two similar towers. Also the nave is much larger than the original, it is about 31 metres high. I find textures usually a bit cheasy in Sketchup (at least when I try them), so mostly I leave them away completly and use colors instead. I am planning to design some ficticious cities and I am mostly collecting models right now to fill them, so textures would make that more complicated anyway.
