Several options can be selected:
* The overall height and width of the wall.
* The trade sizes of the studs, the joining wall, and the wall itself (which would be larger for a staggered stud scenario).
* Staggered studs.
* Corner Type: California or Traditional
* Side to put California stud (i.e. flip it)
