This is the Jacobeathan styled Highclere Castle in Hampshire UK. It was completed in the 1600s and remodeled in 1839 by the architect Charles Barry and his successor the architect Thomas Allom. A lot of the textures for the building as well as floor plans were gleaned from photos on sites like
