Wisma Wan Mohamed is the headquarter of Perak State Development Agency (Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak, PKNP), a government linked body that drives state development project. This 8-storey building situated at Club Road (Jalan Panglima Bukit Gantang Wahab) is right opposite to the famous Royal Ipoh Club, standing in between Tun Abdul Razak Library & Majistrates Court of Ipoh. It has been there since 1980's & therefore appears in typical architecture of that time.
