An improved version of concept no.4. One major difference comes in the redesign of the BMU system. The machines will now travel the length of the building vertically via rails attached to the exposed columns. The cradle is mounted on a telescopic boom that will help it reach the recessed parts of the facade.
The plantation on the sky terraces is scaled down to be more realistic (reduce mass thus structural cost, installation cost, and upkeeping cost; and smaller trees are easier to shield against strong wind).
