This bridge or dike is made of porous concrete and sections of hardened soil. The porous concrete allows water pass through to other side while the hardened soil supports the soil and enabled vegetation growth. Or the concrete can be used as support. The porous or peruvious concrete bridge is for the water to flow through or seep through the concrete and soil elevated road. When there is excess rain and over flowing the water in water body would not flow over the elevated road or dike instead seeps through the prous concrete sections of the dike. This enables water filtration that would prevent soil or sediments from flow and remain on the side. While the water filters out the other side. This could work as a filter pollutants from to the other side.
