This is a very basic domicile in which is so basic it has no porch nor a garage. However, that can be a good thing. This house was built in the late 60's in an old Paulwall neighborhood where the houses all look similar and do not have garages or basements. Paulwall has a huge number, thousands of small, simple houses for paulwall has a big working class population and not many can afford large houses. This house should be of good template for, though it is very basic, still utilizes my traditional modeling such as having a layer for the roof as well as a full interior. This includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry, etc. The finishes are rather cheap but that's where imagination comes into play. Or if you are not of the architectural mind, erase the interior and this makes for a good background house.
