This is the GrandStream HandyTone-486 VoIP ATA Adaptor, used by some ISPs (including the one I work for, VIF Internet, www.vif.com) to provide VoIP (aka Internet Telephony or IP Phone) service to their clients. They are available online on ebay most of the time. I grant permission to any other ISP to use this model on their website or manual (for graphic connection schemas, for example) as long as proper credit is given to me :)
Note that this is my first model on the warehouse, ever, and I have yet to learn how to do proper curves (which the HT486 is mostly made of unfortunately) so the model is only just a bunch of textures with the basic shape.
