The Capita Centre is located at 9-11 Castlereagh, Sydney. It was designed by Harry Seidler & Associates and was completed in 1989. It has 31 floors and is 183m tall to the top of the metal support structure and 153m to the top of the plantroom, making it the 11th tallest building in Sydney. It has a unique large open atrium with a huge garden located midway up the building.
