Simple modifications of the "Point of sale scale" created by the SketchUp team to make it more modern/usable. As with most scales used in the grocery (supermarket) and such retail, the scales have a printer to create price labels (tags). The printer is required for anyone in the meat, produce, deli, or similar jobs that sell items by weight. The scale was modified to reflect the popular TEC SL 9000 scale in style.
