This is my entry for the freestyle model challenge (and my first entry ever); it's an outdoor amphitheater I designed where I tried to combine consistency and randomness into a sort of dynamic, exciting structure. I think a lot of my inspiration for the design came from Red Rocks near Denver, CO, and also from those sort of iconic volume visualization bars on stereo systems (everybody knows them, but what are they called?).
